Shipping, Returns, & Billing

Shipping

We typically ship via FedEx Ground within the continental US. We do not ship on personal FedEx account numbers.

Orders exceeding 25 cases or more may be shipped via common carrier (LTL).

Free Shipping

United States: Shipping is free on orders over $99.00. Free shipping applies to FedEx ground only and excludes AK,HI; expedited orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping Tracking number via email on the day your package ships, within 1-2 business days of your order.

Shipping Times

Typical US orders ship within 2 business days of processing.

Estimated Arrival Dates

Estimated arrival dates don't apply to:
  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and rural areas
  • Deliveries made to U.S. territories or international addresses
  • Items that are out-of-stock at the time of ordering
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

Packages Do Not Ship on the Following Holidays:
  • New Year's Day
  • President's Day
  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • 4rd of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day following Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas

Out Of Stocks

We do our best to maintain adequate inventory at all our warehouses. In the event a product is out-of-stock at one warehouse, we will ship your entire order from an alternative warehouse via FedEx Ground. This may increase the shipping time. In this event, we will notify you via email and subject of the email confirmation will be “See note on shipping.”

No Backorders

In the event that an item on your order is out-of-stock, we will notify you seeking permission to process the remaining items on your order without the affected item. Your order will be on hold and will not ship until we hear back from you. The out of stock item will not be placed on backorder and will need to be reordered once the item is made available via our website.


Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order purchase date.
Please note that only full case quantities may be returned.
We do not accept returns of pack, sleeve or sample kit quantities.

All eligible product returns must be returned complete in original case packaging and in resalable condition. Individual product pack wrapping must be intact and unopened.
At this time for health and safety reasons we do not offer partial case refunds or returns.

All customers are responsible for product returns and shipping fees to the origin warehouse. Additionally a 25% restocking fee can be assessed. Any associated shipping or processing fees may not be refunded. Returned or refused at delivery orders without an RMA number will not be refunded.

Refunds are processed once returned products are received and confirmed at a Eco-Products warehouse. Refunds are bank dependent and can take 3-5 business days.


Billing

Online and Phone Orders

We accept:

    • Discover Brand Cards (including Diners Club Int'l and China UnionPay)

All orders are billed in USD.

Mail Order

We do not accept personal checks or money orders for online orders. Payment must be made at the time of ordering.

Direct Billing Accounts

We do offer direct billing accounts for select customers outside of Colorado. If you're interested in filling out a credit application, please call us at 1-866-402-1831 x 2 and ask to speak to a Customer Care Representative. Processing your credit application may take up to 2 weeks.

Sales Tax

Eco-Products may be required to charge applicable sales taxes. To qualify for an exemption, please click on “New Tax Exempt Customer” in the cart upon checkout. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

International Orders

We do not ship or distribute internationally at this time.
